Presentation

Presentation is the finishing touch that sets us apart from ordinary garden care. Our focus on presentation means it’s possible for our clients to host dinner on their patio as soon as we leave their property. It is these final details that level our service up from good to great!

General Aesthetics

The overall look of the garden is made up of a thousand tiny details. Neat edges, clear pathways, unobstructed sight lines, and tidy plants all contribute to the big picture.

Neat & Clean

Touch every area. Details matter. Rinse off muddy sidewalks, sweep up dust on patios, leave no trace. Hard surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, steps, boulders, etc. should be blown or swept at every visit. 

Tools Removed

Cleaning and stowing tools is not just smart, it’s also safe. Make sure that atypical tools and supplies like the hose, step ladder, or watering can are not misplaced. Leaving tools behind not only makes us look unprofessional, it also is a safety hazard to our clients. 

Debris Contained

Whether it’s bagged and left on site, put in a compost pile in the woods, or hauled away, making sure that the debris is contained and tidy is important. Ensure bags are in the client’s preferred location, not blocking driveways or garage doors. Note that debris piles should be out of sight as much as possible. Check around the truck and trailer before leaving to make sure debris didn’t escape the tarp or trailer during loading.

Trash Picked Up

Any trash that we find on the client property should be collected and disposed of in our garbage bin. We don’t add trash to the client’s bins unless specifically instructed to do so. Project debris (empty pots, landscape fabric, etc) should never be left at the client site. 

Final Touches

This final look helps make sure that everything looks tip top. Imagine you are coming home to the site, what do you notice?
